Well...well...well....not a lot to record right now but wanted to touch base with everyone! Things are still going pretty well for me...not losing much, but I am not gaining either and that is what matters! I look back and see that I have lost almost 25 lbs and to me that is wonderful! I am going to reward myself later this week by going shopping and actually cleaning out the fat clothes in my closet. My husband told me the other day that I have a saggy butt in a lot of my pants so it is time. :-) I think after a year of keeping the weight off I can officially say that I won't gain it back if I stick with what I am doing!!! I am very excited and proud of how far I have come! Thanks for all your support and encouragement! I am still not back to the gym, almost did yesterday, but changed my mind. I played 6 games of softball on Saturday and then played volleyball Monday and Tuesday night. The rest of the week have nothing planned, but this weekend we have a big tourney, will be playing at least 8 games..planning on more if we can help it...so the exercise will be great! I have even been good about packing my food to eat at the ball park so I don't tempt myself to eat just anything...has worked out great so far! Going to the store tonight to restock the fridge and get things ready for the weekend! Everyone is doing so great, keep up the good work! I am proud of you all!

Your doing so well. continue the good work. Although your not going to the gym it seems like your pretty active. your a great inspiration.

Congrats on your success! You've done wonderfully and deserve to go treat yourself. Guess what? My brother called me last night...a friend of his is starting a volleyball team and is looking for players. Everytime I read about your activities I think oh, I'd like to do that BUT would never actually start a team or look for one. I'm so excited and also glad that it's the sport I am fairly good at!
