I'm at a lower number now than I've been for a while but I feel like the second I post it...I'm going to gain again. It happens every time so...I'm going to wait until tomorrow to see what the scale says and maybe post it then. I never keep my losses when I do this by myself and I am so happy that I get to have the surgery but I have to get down to 293 by myself before I can have it and I'm relly worried that I won't be able to lose that much. I'm never not sick...unless I'm in so much pain that it doesn't matter. If I don't have bronchitis I have a sinus infection or a skin infection or I've fallen or hurt myself so badly that I'm on bedrest again. I'm in too bad a place to not lose weight but it really makes it hard to exercise. Right now I'm not doing anything other than a few things that I can do in bed and I really don't feel like I'm consistent enough for it to be helping at all. And on top of that I'm going to the dentist tomorrow and they are going to tell me that they have to pull all of my teeth (what teeth I have anyway...) and I don't want to go but it is a requirement for my surgery. I can't have all these infections when I get the surgery done so I have to get my teeth taken care of first. I feel like all I do is whine lately and no one wants to hear it so...you guys get it now! But hopefully tomorrow my weight will still be low and I will be able to post a new weight!

I'm listening (reading). I kind of know the feeling.. lots of things thrown in my way since I decided to do something about the extra poundage I've been carrying around for a decade.. so yeah.. just keep moving forward as much as possible. Chin up!

We can do it! Come on Katie girl. We'll do it together. We'll start simple and build up our endurance and strength everyday. We'll show that 'ole doctor...You can lift your arms, right? So, right now reach above your head, straight up as far as you can reach, one arm at a time, alternating arms. Reach up ten times on each arm. I'm going to do it, sitting right here at my desk.
