I'm really having trouble keeping up with this. My mind keeps going back to "I'll do better tomorrow, or next week". I know it's a slippery slope.

I think I did better today. For dinner anyway. I had a 6" subway roast beef sub, no cheese, no mayo, only veggies and a tad bit of honey mustard. I think that this has showed me that It isn't that hard to make healthy choices. Not only that, but I didn't miss the cheese or mayo on my sandwich. I didn't miss chips either. I learned that I don't need that stuff. I couldn't honestly tell the difference without the cheese. I think that tonight has been a turning point and I'm going to stay positive here on out. I hope.

This site will help you keep focused! Keep those thoughts in your head. If you stay focused you can do anything you set your mind to! I've been on here for a month and a half and it's like therapy really. It's so good knowing I'm not alone when I cave into that temptation! We all do it...but everyone is there to help you back on your two feet and keep you moving forward on your journey!! You can do it!!
