Very discouraged this AM, 4 days and I still haven't lost any weight.. What is going on here, feel like giving up!! I won't but man, I've been dedicated, haven't cheated even one time. Pretty good about planning and all that, and still..nothing. Baa hum bug.. Just wanted to vent a moment.

Novbush, don't worry. We all have periods where we see no weight loss for several days. That is why I only weigh once a week, unless I notice a drastic change in the way I feel. You weight can remain the same for days and then you will get up one morning and 2 or 3 pounds will be gone. I sneak a peek at your diet calendar and see if I notice anything you have changed. Keep Atkinsing!

I don't think you are eating enough green leafy veggies. The core amount of carbohydrates should be from your veggies. And for many of us, the low-carb, meal replacement, bars, regardless of the brand, cause stalls. I personally have the same problem with the shakes, so I avoid both. It just isn't worth the slow down in my loss or the frustration I feel when the scale doesn't move. Your calories amounts look good, but I would also try to limit your cheese to 3 oz a day. All these things can slow our forward progress, depending on our metabolisms. I would try to limit those things, raise your green leafys to 2 cups a day, with an additional 1 cup of other veggies, and drink plenty of water, and see if that helps.

Also, since your carbs were a little high on the 27th, it might take a few days for your body to catch up to not having carbs anymore. I know when I overdo it, it takes a couple days to get back into Ketosis and start burning fat again so my weigth loss is minimal or none for a few days.

Hang in there novbush16! Once I went 11 days without losing and I was being perfect on my plan. If this is our plan for life what does it matter if it takes a few extra days to lose the weight?

I keep telling myself that too. I didn't "find" it all at once..Beginning tomorrow I will go all the way back to the basics and see if that helps. It was mentioned before about how certain items can cause stalls. Im thinking part of mine might be coffee cream.
