Thank you, in the morning my brain only ask for cookies , bread, cake,etc. but I am doing my best to also incorporate proteins, and my body really thanks me 😊

I find I do better with protein in the morning. This morning was mostly carbs and that drains me! Yes, I know better, but I don't have anything planned today, so I had cream of wheat. It's good when our brain and heart agree for the good of our bodies! 😊👍

One day I am going to eat a 500+ calorie meal with a lot of proteins and next day, I am going to eat Pan Dulce with coffee for the same calories, I call that balance. 😜

Ok, I've looked them up. I had a Mexican friend who took me to her favorite bakery and we got those. I was a total disappointment to her. I'm used to American doughnuts and wasn't overly fond of her treat. It was ... meh ... ok. A little dry for my taste.

PAN DULCE it is a kind of Sweet Bread(delicious), I find it at Mexicans stores here in USA. In HONDURAS most people start the day with coffee and pan dulce 😋🤤❤ haha
