Fasting a.m. BS = 131; weight = 169.3 I didn't gain two lbs, but I did gain .2! Drink more water today, stay away from carbs, leave off stevia. I didn't think I could enjoy coffee without cocoa powder and stevia, but with cinnamon and pumpkin spice, its ok!
Reorganized my closet and have a large sack of TOO BIG clothes to send to Goodwill. What a great feeling! Some favorites I couldn't part with yet! I also attacked my desk. It's not completely clear yet, but I have sorted, organized, trashed, and burned!! That doesn't include what's in the drawers, so I still have a major job to finish. Hubby totally reorganized his desk today, even took everything out of the drawers and shredded or burned what he didn't need to keep. Seeing what son and daughter-in-law are having to do after her Mom died makes us both want to leave papers in better order for them!
I stuck to Beef & Butter Fast today, or rather pork & butter, since a steady diet of beef causes me digestive problems. I can tolerate some beef, but not 3 times a day for 4 days as the B&B Fast calls for. I always have to go to the substitute menu. And I don't think I'm supposed to have heavy whipping cream on it!
