Feeling dreadful after only 3hrs sleep! Awful pain in my left shoulder and arm again (plays up every now and again following a car crash 2 years ago). Also I am subconsciously swallowing air, causing awful trapped wind in my chest ..... nerves are on edge! still waiting for the results of my routine 3 yearly mammogram 11 days ago, why do they take so long?!!! Plus my 17 year old granddaughter managed to fall down some stairs 2 days ago and after 6 hrs in a&e now has her hand splinted and her arm in a sling due to what they think is a small fracture between her thumb & forefinger ... she starts work as a lifeguard today!!!

So sorry to hear! Hope you feel a bit better soon. Can sympathise a lot as was hit by a car a month ago and still not allowed to walk w/o crutches (and no idea if am maintaining or losing weight :) Good luck to your GD on her first day!

Should you maybe considering having a course of massages to help you recover????

Thankyou. I have had several professional courses of physiotherapy and massage on my shoulder over the years Ray and most of the time it is fine but just occasionally it plays up again.

i KNOW JUST HOW YOU FEEL AS IM NOT SLEEPING WITH THIS SHOULDER & HIP PAIN . IT REALLY SUCKS
