Since losing 50+ pounds over the last 1.5 yrs dieting and working out 4-5 days a week with weight lifting, walking, boot camp sort of stuff then hit a plateau recently and lost energy--not sure if age related or what, but after seeing a nutritionist, who poo pooed the age idea, and changed up diet to include more protein (1g per pound of my wt and much harder than I thought to get that at 45%) and then good carbs 27% and good fat 27%. Find I need more fiber with this, do have more energy but only lost a pound in two weeks. I really want to get this last weight off. Any advice welcome.
