I FEEEL AMAZING!!!

today was soo good i had a loong lie in and then woke up to a beautiful 26C day!! so i made lunch and headed out to the park near my house with my bestie connie we lounged in the sun for hours it was lovely (i also ate 2 icecreams but hey ho) then i joined connie and her family for a BBQ and paddling in their blow up pool it was bliss :) I am quite reddy brown and a little tender but i feel great.

Connie and I also went for a late evening gym session and i burned (according to my nike+ 401 calories in 45mins! annnd i wasnt even running i was walking up an incline it feels soo good!) i also did some circuit stuff

I am shattered and just having a quick cup of green tea with orange and lotus flower before i head off to bed :)

how was everyone elses sunday?

Mine was quiet! I did get out and garden and ate fairly light - you sound like you are having a good summer so far except for that surgery!
