Ok so Louisville was not kind to my food intake yesterday or this morning. I had pizza for lunch yesterday, a burger and fries for dinner, and breakfast buffet this morning. No snacking and no drinking and didn't miss any supplement doses, but couldn't even log my foods for the days.

I am heading to the gym right now.

I don't feel too bad about it since it is the first time I have splurged since March 31st, however I will not be making a habit of it.

Everyone has to have a little splurge every once in a while, as long as you keep it contained. Don't let to go on for days on end.... like some people.......... LOL Have a good one!
