*whimper* My credit card just took a big hit 😞. 114 protein bars, a 21 serving powder tub, pb2 powder ordered. Normally this would cost me about $160. It was $230 😭. The bars are seasonal and won’t be sold until this time next year. So ended up paying $1.75 each for those instead of $1.17. Also trying a new powder by the same company. Twice as much there too over the one I have now. However it’s 120 calories for 25g vs 210 for 30g for the old and the old isn’t all that great now that I’ve had these cinnamon bars. The store is also having trouble getting my premade shakes. 🤬 Those are $3+ online and now I pay $1.82. I think hubby would have a cow if I got those too. I’ve already explained about what I’ve bought. He’s not happy but understands that the other option is buying more meat and me eating way more of that. Honestly it would average out about the same but I’d gain weight again. So... bars it is lol. The bars will also last me about 3 months if I eat them as I do now. Can stretch that out to 5 months if I add some 200 calories ones in that aren’t good but are tolerable occasionally.

@Keith, I’ve never heard of it. @ramble I like premier protein. 30g for 160 kcal and comes in 11oz ready made shakes. Flavors I’ve found are vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, peaches and cream✅, banana cream✅, caramel✅✅✅✅✅ and cookies and cream that I have but haven’t tried. The more ✅ the more I like them. No checks then I won’t try or didn’t like. I’m going to try Robert Irvine’s for crunch cinnamon twist powder for 25g/120kcal when it comes in later this week. With almond milk it’ll be 160kcal and I’m betting will be delicious!

Chris, I kinda hope you are right. Makes me less anxious about the 70g days if it meals the 110g days stick around awhile 😉.
As for me, I started 1g per BW and had issues getting it. Read 1g per LBM so tried that. Still having issues lol. Currently I’m sitting at 0.7g per pound of total body weight as a daily average. There are so many formulas out there. The dance for me is 60g to 130g per day so I aim for 100g but only reach 90-95g average usually.
