Good morning. I weighed myself this morning and already forgot how much I weighed. Selective memory perhaps? I know I went up a little but not too bad. I did so well yesterday until nighttime. I binged on Pizza Goldfish. Mindless snacking too. I know I was enjoying them in the beginning and then 10 minutes later I realized I was still eating and not even paying attention or really even tasting it. At least it was Goldfish and not something worse. Althouth at 9:30 at night I'd prefer not to eat anything. I had a rough night with my boys and I'm beginning to realize I'm an emotional eater. Guaranteed if we had had a good night I wouldn't have touched them. Good revalation. I'll know to watch that from now on and ask myself if I'm really hungry or just feeding my feelings.
