That looks really really good. Do you know the approximate amount of calories? 

Not the OP, but, 1.5 cup oatmeal is 150, small banana is 90, but protein powder calories vary from brand to brand. 1/2 scoop is anywhere between 40 to 70 calories. So, this meal is somewhere around 300 calories.

Newgrl is right. My half scoop was 58 calories. I also added butter, cinnamon and brown sugar in mine but I need the extra calories. The protein mix added a lot of flavor so I think you could get away without the extra goodies and it still taste good 

Oh my lil sis adds protein to her oatmeal 😩😩 I can’t! I love my oatmeal hearty 😍🙌🏽🤪 she swears it taste good, I not! 😫 

It really depends what kind of protein your using. The ones I’ve tried mixing in actually taste good soo.. obviously if your mix tastes like day old cardboard with a side of chocolate or vanilla bran then your oatmeal is going to taste like that.  

Well true but I’ve tried certain proteins and the one I loved got discontinued 😭😭🤦🏻‍♀️ Enjoy  

I use premiere protein and love the taste. Might not be the best brand but it’s fairly affordable so it works for me and flavor isnt grainy 

Thank you tempest22 it’s a must try since I’m in the market for a new one. I use lean and really don’t care for it since the discontinued Fresh & Easy soy one 😭
