Looks like a waste of money. 

Just drink tea. I think there's info out there saying the amount of raspberry ketones you have to take to help do anything is extremely high. Ecgc helps in a few different ways.. Green tea is cheap and easy  

agreed Chris and Marx waste of money 

They are not related to those ketones despite the name. Not sure on the scientific part of that 

Thanks for the input guys 👍 I just need to lose this last 20 lbs but I’m having a terrible time sticking to my diet. I keep sabotaging myself and I’ve been at a stand-still for the past 3 months. So frustrating! 😩
