I weighed in at 199.8 today and that makes me a happy girl!!
Also I didn’t realize how good it is to just eat Romain, spinach, and cilantro. I tbsp of cherry balsamic vinaigrette (30cal).
I tried mixing protein powder in my protein shakes and I can tell you it’s not a good idea.
I think food should taste good and it doesn’t.
Also, I’ve been reading what some of you have been saying about the keto and I want to thank you because it’s what started my scale moving downward. Now I can speculate all day long what it could have been, but I’m sure that was it! I will never be completely no carbs, but cut them way down helps me to move in the right direction.
