Weekend was busy. I actually followed my diet, except I had a hard time wanting something sweet. Brownies kept popping into my head. Would love a great alternative to brownies....
The weight is coming off a little at a time. I just feel like it is such a daunting task. I pray that God will help me keep strong and continue to give me the courage to walk daily and eat right.

Try Fiber One bars,tastes like a brownie and only has 90 calories

I love just a little piece of dark chocolate for my cravings. It's lower calorie than a brownie, and actually good for you, too! Try just allowing it to just melt in your mouth, instead of chewing...EXTREMELY difficult for me, lol.

What helped me keep sane while losing weight was refusing to be in a hurry about it. Just keep going, one day at a time. I started at about 170 pounds back in October...it has taken this long to lose nearly 40 pounds, but I did it, and so will you! Never forget that a fast weight loss is usually very quickly regained...taking it off slowly helps keep it off...You're off to a great start, so hang in there! Be sure to read lots of journals from FS, because you're gonna find a BUNCH of stories and situations just like yours...so many things we share in common, it's almost spooky, lol! I find it very inspiring!
