Stressful day starting at 530 with the revelation that my 6 yr old has head lice. Filthy. Icky. How is it even possible that my precious girl has head lice!?!?!!! After hours of washing, cleaning, combing, inspecting and more washing, I think we’re bug free for a few days. To think we have to do it all again in a week!

Really focusing on not stress eating today. Wish there was a way to subtract foods in the menu... such as today’s Subway wrap with only half of the basil wrap.

It's very easy for kids to get head lice. All kinds of kids get them - my older daughter got them every year there was an "outbreak" at the school. If one kid has them, the lice get around on clothes, fabric furniture, etc. Keep an eye on the "nits" - sorry to hear, it's a terrible way to start the school year. If you mean you only ate half the sandwich, you can use the drop down and put 1/2 or .5 and the total will less

Wow... the typos! What I meant was that I only ate half of the actual tomato basil tortilla wrap. Most of the carbs in the meal were from the wrap... so it's a mental game at the end of the day when FS says my calories and carbs are over, but I'm still hungry since I haven't tracked accurately. No biggie... just a thought.
