I have been preoccupied with a few things this week one is to read a low carb thread on carnivore. The original poster is a man by the name of THE Bear. He is maybe the only one person to follow a near zero carb carnivore diet for over 47 years at the date of his sharing his experiences.

I have learned a lot over the past few days and it is helping me a great deal even though he himself does not have the same food sensitivities as I do. Instead of exercising I have been reading. It is amazing that a limited group of avid low carbers near zero themselves constantly buzz around the man with their negativity, not unlike I see here with some anti keto people to some keto dieters. But this kind of thing goes on everywhere, no tolerance for the different or non conventional idea's on a life plan.


For anyone wanting to learn a cleaner seriously strict carnivore diet here is the link. while there is a ton of great imput from many people and their personal issues with food worth reading there is a ton of "crap" to muddle through. you may for research purposes want to just restrict the thread to the bear posts. http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=287013&page=1&pp=15 though you will miss out on a lot of info on how to deal with ketosis based stalls.

I am to page 185 and I just got some interesting detailed info on ketosis verus keto adaption which is making me more comfortable with my own situation and I think is helping me mellow out about all the things I am missing while I try to heal myself.

On a personal note I am feeling 100% better. And yes no coffee or any other allergens are in my current eating plan (heavy cream and artificial sweetener). Just beef and water and yes I had a lot of chicken one day and it made me sleepy, which all and all is not a bad thing LOL. I am dropping my electrolytes and just using limited salt on my food. I am taking potassium and magnesium since I have been so dehydrated over the past couple months from reaction to my food sensitivities. As I go I may be dropping those as I adapt.

I dropped the excess water weight I gained over a couple days when I dropped the drink and food that I am sensitive to. This is all it was. fortunately for me 5 hour energy causes me no problem as a replacement for my much needed caffeine.

I am worrying less about how many calories I have as long as I have enough and focusing on making sure I have enough fat calories and keeping to just plain animal fat not butter or any oil.

Thanks for posting the link! Very interesting information about carnivore woe. Investigating a little more in Google about the issue of carbohydrates is that we have just 10,000 years that we started eating cereals such as wheat, rice and others, sugar is also something that we also started to consume some thousands of years ago. The human being has 2 million years on earth and just 10,000 years ago we began to introduce foods that we did not consume, of course, we have not yet been able to evolve so that these foods do not harm us, we have forced the body to accept them, and some of us react worse than others to these foods.

Bear has something going on with a body he had when he was in his 30’s. That’s impressive!
