Fasting a.m. BS = 124; weight = 174.5 I did really well today. At the church dinner I DID NOT eat any desserts, and according to reports I heard, they were really spectacular! The only snag was the freshly washed bowl of seedless grapes on my kitchen counter this afternoon. Total damage today: 1465 cals; 70/13/17 macros; 34.82 net carbs. Going to walk this evening! Later: Pleasant 20 min walk, further than yesterday. Down to the main road is probably .6 mile and I walked over half that and back. Not much, but I'm just beginning! Bedtime glucose is 129. I took all meds.
