hi all, its been a long week, ot 3xs a week to left hand. getting some mobility back, can now pick up a pencil. get dizzy alot and very tired. signs of the right sided stroke and brain swelling. but all in all im doing well. the support from all my buds has been wonerful. the weight game goes on everyday. i am maintaing my goal weight, getting on scale everyday then deciding what to eat for the day. to all you, please do not give up. it can and will be done. just think of all the new clothes shopping you can do, hahahahaha. love to all punky
