hey feller, don't keep them calories too low. your body can only get a certain number from fat stores. I wish you the best of luck on your journey!

Thank you, Zopity. I'm not exactly sure of what and how weight loss for me is suppose to go, but as of 7 days ago it's only my beginning. Was reccomended this app from a health professionals because of a pending hip replacement so I'm just feeling my way through. I've been trying to research and hope to figure it out 😲.

Check out thinner leaner stronger by Michael Matthews. It covers diet and training, and has worked wonders for me. In short, best practice is a high protein whole food diet with calories about 25% below TDEE, and heavy barbell training. Good luck!
