Water Fast Day 4

Today I feel so much better, well rested.
Just that my mouth is dry but Im drinking water.
I am also very sensitive to cold.

Im still going strong 💪 cant wait for day 5 it will be an achievement for me, Ive never fasted more than 2 days.

Wow fantastic! Well done. I have some questions: What type of water are you drinking? Have you tried adding a bit of pink salt to your water?

It is personal opinions. We've had people complaining that fasters are giving bad advice, so I suggest to read up on all the fasting regimens & then decide for yourself if you would like to try it.

@Espeecee Yes I also take water with Pink salt and I drink water with ACV, I hate plain water🤮

😂 Sinoza, I always wonder how or why some people don't like water. But of course everyone is different. I must say though that when I do have acv I like it with a bit of salt and lemon juice. It just elevates the taste for me. Hope you use a straw with the acv ☺
