Fasting a.m. BS = 131, weight = 174! Yahhh! Going down! Not hungry this morning! Difficult to keep calories down even when I balance the macros and keep the net carbs below 20. Today 1522 total calories, 82/5/13 macros; net carbs 14.29. I have not felt really hungry except for mid-afternoon, then I decided I needed to eat the fat bomb. Was busy all morning taking niece on another doctor visit. She had shoulder surgery, besides other long-standing complications, so has multiple Dr. visits for the next few weeks. In the afternoon, worked on crafts getting ready for my STEM class tomorrow. Not a leisurely day, but sitting most of the time.
