Fasting a.m. BS = 141; weight 174.9.
Started Beef & Butter yesterday, before I finished reading the plan, so will call today the real start, even though I did lose a little overnight. With just guessing at my body mass, my desired calories are 1232, macros 76/6/18, with net carbs 20. Husband was so sweet when I showed him the body types to estimate body mass. He said diplomatically "It's hard to tell!" so when I looked at actual pictures, I chose 45%, a little higher than I wanted to see it! Don't plan to buy calipers or whatever -- seems like a waste of money when I can estimate and still lose! Genetically I descend from a long line of short, fat people, so working against family history here! However, it can be done! Wish me good luck!
Spent several hours this morning driving niece to doctor, got tangled up in some sort of spill, with fire trucks cleaning it up, at the busiest intersection on the whole trip. Had to discover a new route to our destination!
Spent over an hour this evening weed eating around my raised beds and along one side of house. Walked out to check progress of figs and pears in the orchard. Was pleased to see I weighed less after that sweaty job than I did this morning! Not hungry tonight, so am drinking my supper -- cocoa with cream! Total cals 1345; 83/3/14 macros; net carbs 7.59.
