Well I am back and I am a married woman. It was a great vacation and a fabulous wedding. No pics yet waiting on everyone to send them to me. I did put back on 4lbs which is not bad considering what I ate while I was there. My new husband put it well when he said he didnt think that there was one minute we were there that we werent full LOL. Oh well looking to starting detox in the next few days so its definately fixable. Hope everyone is doing smashing still. Have a great day.

Congrats!marriage is always inspiring.Im a newly wed my self(MAY.14.2007).I had a question to ask, you said you tried all diets(fellow diet hopper myself)...have you tried the Atkins..if you did..do you feel the smash diet is more successful and realistic than atkins or any other diet!!!

CONGRATULATIONS MRS SHAEINMISSOURI!! Married life is WONDERFUL! I've been married for a year. My husband does the FatSmash with me so it helps to have us support each other. I'm glad to see that you had a wonderful honeymoon :-) And don't worry about the few pounds you put back on. They'll come right off with all the "exercise" you newlyweds will be doing!!! LOL!!!
