Friend staying, and a couple of days away, so I didn't absolutely stick to my plan, but the damage is really not bad. Going to visit friends next week for a couple of days. Will see how I do! The low-calorie days are helping a lot, although they are not very low-calorie, for example yesterday's total came to 934 input. I guess my bit of exercise helps too - output calories were 1615, but would only be 1479 if I didn't do anything.
