Ok, so my good friend moving and she just asked me to go out. I just finished a 40 minute HIIT workout and I’m feeling good and I don’t want to mess with what I accomplished today... but I also want to enjoy a drink with my girl. Any tips or suggestions?

Update: I went out and had a blast! Frank Jack with ice and I only had one and a half. The only problem was that the manager is a good friend of mine so each drink came with a side shot of Jameson 😂

I’m not sure Kay. My friends and I like Jameson, it used to be my go-to, so he didn’t even ask. He just handed us shots, so I just said screw it! Lol!

"adult hydration" is part of lifes moments..as long as it's accounted for and we don't get into a bad pattern it's fine. For the record the odd guiness and red wine seems to do the trick for me...😎
