spent the entire day making my own meatless burritos. 36 of them. Bean and cheese. Fake chicken and cheese. Rice and bean and cheese. Even did 4 each packages of grilled eggplant, grilled peppers, and grilled butternut squash. I am set for winter meals

awesome. I make breakfast burrito for my wife and I and freeze them all the time. they can be really awesome freezer meals.

Pixie, I'm a huge tofu fan. I love it all kinds of ways. One of my favorite is just cold, cut in cubes, lightly salted, and a touch of soy sauce. Or baked in cubes. Its so versatile. As for the winter prep... I guess I'm not TOTALLY prepped for the entire winter.... But its a good start. This is my dads freezer he just bought. So I'm the only one with stuff in it until hunting season. Then room may come at a premium in there. As long as I get a shelf!

OMG! That sounds so good and what a great idea. You can just take them out as you need them, so it saves lots of time in the long run. It's kind of how we make our Jiaozi. I made vegetarian ones using Morning Star crumbles and it turned out better than the ones in the store. Anyhow....So when are you doing the video on how to make your burritos?

Thanks Vickiauntmick! I've often used extra firm tofu in stir fry... So delicious! I haven't used silken before, so I don't know what I'm in for.. Ha ha!
