Beautiful photo! I love yucca - in fact I just had some for lunch the other day - fried in olive oil - yum

Some species have edible flowers and flower stems and some have edible fruits and seeds - I tried the flower stem - I don't know which species it was - I got mine from someone else - to make matters difficult there is also yuca which is a completely different plant (cassava) and the roots are called yuca - it gets confusing because they are edible and really common - I like yuca better but have an adventurous side when it comes to trying strange food so I tried the yucca.
