Fasting a.m. BS 135; weight 176.9. Company coming, doing some deep cleaning on the house today, laundry, unload & sort & shred papers that tend to accumulate on my desk. Need to organize the room where I store all my supplies for my library STEM classes! I always think I have them organized but when I need something at the last minute its never where I thought I put it, & that's the end of organization. Almost organized, all storage boxes sorted and labeled! Grandson was here and he shredded papers as I cleared my desk! He was a big help! Totals today: 1366 cals; 74/9/17 macros; net carbs 26.67.
