Pretty hard core program. Will probably take me a very long time to even get in touch. Focus on food that give the body a natural drive. I feel more or less like a passenger in my own body. Analyse what I ate, and how it act in regards to performance. Before in my life I tried to wip my body, and it did not turn out sustainable. Believe in current approach.
