Hubby and I are traveling north on I5 in CA and have just passed through the worst of the smoke; we can see shadows again. Lots of firefighters staying in local hotels. One brought in his sack lunch to show the staff. I'll have to see if I can figure out how to post a picture here from my phone. The firefighters are being fed 8000 calories a day!
