Did get to the Y for an hour on the elliptical this afternoon. Didn't eat fantastically at the BBQ restaurant, but that's the first time I've been "bad" all week. Also, I still had 12 points left even before going there, so I'm not too worried about dipping into some extra since I've been doing so much exercising. I was supposed to do Day 5 of the Jillian Michaels workout, but since Day 6 and 7 are days off and I didn't get a chance to today I'll just make it up tomorrow or Sunday.

Anyway, I'm tired and Greg's already asleep so let me get to bed. I'm helping him with a Cub Scout event tomorrow (cooking hot dogs), but we need to get everything together and be there around 9.

Maybe I'll get a workout in at some point!

Yes, you have absolutely banked enough extra and elliptical points to finance a Friday night BBQ. Have fun with the Cub Scouts today!

You've earned a little splurge. Sure, weight loss would be faster without them but life would be less fun! Your exercise is still looking good despite not getting some of what you planned done. Have a Super Saturday!
