So all is well. No cravings and that's important.
Having Low Carb treats in the house means that they're OK to eat and since I have a problem with portion control I've decided not to make any unless there is a special occasion. However, I need to have good low carb meals ready in the freezer so I'l do some planning and make sure that I have everything on hand.
I believe that the only way for me to lose the last 10 pounds is to really concentrate, record every morsel, fast and add a bunch of exercise. That's going to be difficult. Just eating 20 grams or so a day is not going to produce weight loss with me. Well, being honest, keeping to 20 grams is actually pretty hard so I'm going to just maintain for the rest of August until my son moves out to school and then I can concentrate on the last 10 pounds.
