Thankful for very early walk this morning, in the dark.
Thankful that I feel good, even though I'm bummed out about my weight gain. Something is different but what's going on I don't know since my exercise is consistent, and I don't think I really over-eat, and I feel good, the scales don't like me -:(

Thankful today will be cooler, need to water again since no rain. Hopeful fall is right around the corner !

It's probably water weight-the scale is a poor representation of progress sometimes. Make sure you drink plenty of water so your body isn't in a draught like your yard!

I feel your frustration - as you know I've been down that road as well. Were you able to find a difference in your diet from when you were losing?

Buffy, looked back one year to what I was eating and the variety of food was not there, it was pretty much the same things over & over. Basic food was protein, some veggies, lettuce and eggs a year ago. Maybe I need to go back to those basic again.
