I drank very little water this weekend and am feeling it this morning. Dry, parched; a little deydrated. My weight's up slightly, too, so it's a good to day to flush myself clean. I had a super weekend: friends, family, and fun! I made delicious healthy food + enjoyed chocolate cake :) Exercise was playing in the pool with my 10-year-old nephew and teaching the kids how to shoot a water cannon. With the house full of people I spent a lot of time on my feet running around so my knees were pretty well done last night, but no regrets. Today I go back to my usual routine, so hydration, RDI, and planned exercise.
