Sometimes you just have to enjoy life! Had a girl's night and ended up at one of the many breweries in my area. Food truck yummies, hard cider and live music playing late 70s and 80s music! Way over my calories, enjoyed the fries, indulged in the cider. Had a blast! Will get down to business in the morning with a workout, then hauling the trash with my sweet Daddy then cleaning house and waiting for my men to get back home. Life is short. Enjoy it!!

We all need these times where we don’t worry about dieting but rather enjoying the moment and making memories! My goal is to get to the point I can have these times and subconsciously have smaller portions without even thinking about it :).
