A.M. fasting BS: 142 Planned calories for day: 1188, macros 69/8/23 % Goal: 1203 cal, 66/7/27. Working at library today 2:30 - 7:30. Planned supper: Kale slaw + egg+ mayo + cheese stick. Will give me 1169 cals and macros 66/14/20. I need to increase protein and decrease carbs somehow today. Update: looks like I didn't improve the situation this evening. Husband picked peaches and put in the freezer while I was at work and had a few waiting for me when I came home. Yumm! I ate two small ones with hwcream. My total calories for the day aren't so bad, 1247, but the macros were 66/14/20 % with 14 being carbs. But it was a healthy eating day, and the peaches were delicious!
