U can eat low calorie stuff, like cucumber 🥒 n keep busy so u won’t think about eating

Move.... exercise....take a walk...read....research a fantastic fantasy vacation spot. Plan the rest of the day's meals then step away from the kitchen. 🌷

Txt an accountability friend. I texted ade yesterday late in the day and within 10 minutes I got my fat butt to the gym vs raiding the carb section of my house

I second the running and water comments. A lot of the time I’m bored and not actually hungry. Logging helps, too.

Look at where I have been weight-wise (track the numbers on my phone) and stretch out my pants to see how much better they fit on my tummy. I also buy a few clothing items that are the next size down to keep as an incentive, hanging them in view, and I give away all my too-big clothes as a reminder "I'm not going back!"

This is so hard! Try to go for a walk or get busy on a project that will remove your mind from the temptation. It is not easy, but you can do this!

Stay busy and to help with eating too late at night, I go ahead and brush my teeth... if I eat something again, then I'll have to go and do that again...

Cook good food. Make sure to have the right amount of protein in your meal. Exercise. Stay busy...whatever it takes

I clean something before I have a snack. And... I don't have anything in the house that's a trigger. No cookies, chips, etc. I can't really stop at just one. Or, rather, I can, but then feel deprived and cranky. I try to stick to a food schedule (I call it the "toddler eating plan") because I eat at 8, 10, noonish, 3, and 6:30. Sometimes I'll start to feel snacky around 9:30 and I hold out until 10 because that's my "time". Sometimes by then I don't even want it anymore, so I know I was initially wanting to eat out of boredom. If I wander into the kitchen to snack I make myself clean all the counters or wash the (empty) cookie jar, or scrub the top of the stove. These are all boring icky jobs so I've been avoiding the kitchen, LOL!

Thanks everyone. I was in WW for the past year. Did really well until they changed the plan. I track, weigh and try to be healthy. So hard. Slow and steady I guess.

I try to focus on chores and I plan a nice meal on my days off. That way I don’t eat a bunch during the day. I generally do IF so it helps me stay in a 4 hour window
