Back to Keto coffee for breakfast. Had a chiropractor appointment this morning. As soon as I came home and noticed it was still pleasant enough, I started pulling weeds in my garden, still carrying my purse! Got the job half done before it got too hot. Probably undid what the chiro. treatment did for my back! But the weeds came up easily since my garden soil is so loose. Maybe rain this afternoon. If not, I'll be out watering this evening. It rained: not more than enough to get sidewalk wet. I feel virtuous for doing as much weeding as I did! I hate to record my weight today!Back up to the beginning! Glucose was up too! I've been out of one of my diabetes meds for three evenings. I was beginning to think I could leave it off, but there it was this morning, up to 199. Not ready to skip a med yet! But at least I know how to bring it down fast. For lunch I mashed steamed cauliflower, mixed it with egg, spices, and fried cauliflower patties in butter. Garnished with cream cheese, olives, cucumber slices and a couple of cherry tomatoes. Tasted pretty good -- I could use that as breakfast some morning. Supper will be breakfast: scrambled eggs, green salad, and bacon.
