A little town time today, climbed one flight of stairs. Off to our rural town's 4th celebration in park at 5:30 pm. Library has a booth, so I will be in charge of games and giant bubble making. Trying to keep down the carbs today! Riding my stationary bike first.(45 minutes) I did fairly well this evening. I took along a cheese stick and Keto coffee and that kept me from junk food. Fireworks were super! I remember the first fireworks I ever saw, 70 years ago. We lived on a wheat ranch near Kennewick, Washington, and drove across the Horse Heaven Hills to Umatilla to see them. They had already started by the time we got there, but we could see them every time we came up out of a valley onto a hilltop. I was 6 and I remember how awesomely beautiful they were.
My Fitbit says I walked 7,406 steps today.
