Was my volunteer day at the library. I had 5 kids for STEM even though it wasn't scheduled. But I was prepared since I knew one person was coming. Lot of desk work, plus one hour of teaching. I usually do fairly well diet-wise on Tuesdays since I work 2:30 - 7:30. It makes it easy to skip supper. Today I took along Keto coffee and a cheese stick. But a friend brought by some fruit, so I had two strawberries. It's surprising how many carbs are in just two strawberries!!! Had bouillon with butter for supper when I got home, with some sf jello. Very satisfying. Tomorrow is July 4th, picnic in the park in the evening. I will need to be really careful because the park will be full of vendors and delicious smelling junk food! Plan: take along cheese sticks and my Keto coffee. Maybe some guacamole and cream cheese.
