good looking taco salad, I had pan taco's yesterday, similar to what you have here, but with less lettuce and more ground chuck. so tasty. 

That looks bomb. 

So would Taco Bell's salad be okay without the shell?

It was good :). I wanted a salad after all the salad talk last night but I also wanted meat/protein so I combined them. I was in a hurry so left about 1/4cup meat and cheese :/. First time a salad has kept me full for 4-5 hours.  

Music- personally I try to avoid fast food but with a fast food junkie for a husband and three kids, I can’t avoid it completely. I just do my best to eat a tiny bit to take the edge of hunger off until I can get home or eat some beef jerky. Google Taco Bell nutritional information and you can find items that fit in your macros and/or calorie budget. Their website has a calculator that’s helpful. You can customize your order for nutrition :). Fiesta taco salad is 760 cal. Not eating the shell makes it 450cal. You can choose regular amounts or extra for some items as well and when ordering can ask them to hold things off like sour cream.
