I am a horrible cook. LOL. I tried almond flour, coconut flour and psyllium husk as coating. Surprisingly the psyllium had the best texture and no flavor. It would probably be ok if I used spices. I removed the skin and coating and shared it with my dog😂 I'm done with frying, what a mess. I tried cooking it on the grill yesterday and burned it. Haha. I think tomorrow will be a Salmon day. I can cook that!

You’re not. Fried chicken is just one of those things that can’t be tampered with. It has to be southern fried or not at all! Lol

trial and error that is how you get it.. lol doesn't look bad at all.

I find that chicken is much easier cooked in a small amount of butter on the skillet, baked in the oven or in a crockpot. Hubby has luck with the grill but I don’t unless it’s steak.
