Exercise- 15804-1756/day
Difference 4489-498.8/day
(Exercise per FS, tracker and YMCA including resting for any times I’m not exercising or sleeping).

My brain is slow tonight... but if I’m correct then I miscalculated 289 cal(misguessed in or out). And I seem to need 1756 for my break even? Fs has me at 1520 daily for 8hr sleep and 16hr resting. Would that be my real BMR or TDEE based on these numbers? Math is my thing, I love numbers, but this chemo brain is driving me batty on days like today that I can’t do simple math or remember formulas. Help please! ;P

Going on a mini vacation after the 4th. Also have cookouts over the holiday. Will be too busy to log calories so am going to take a notebook and write down what I eat and calories if they have it listed and can log later or just keep in my written log. Yes I have a handmade spreadsheet with macros, beginning and ending weight for each week, loss/gain, exercise etc. Trying to find a trend and what calorie level or macros work best based on all the FS info. Easier to look at it all on one page. Two if I’m honest. One with basics and one for macro breakdown for average each day for each week. Hey, I said above that I’m a numbers person lol. Also upped my calories and still lost weight so now I’m really confused. Lost about what I was on 1200/day and 1400/day.
