I ate a little more calories than I should have yesterday. We went to a birthday party. However, I know my body weight fluctuates throughout the week depending on my water intake, muscle toning, and hormones (and probably other things). Trying not to be hard on myself, but it's a process. It's not healthy to lose a ton of weight so quickly. I only need to lose 10 pounds. I would rather maintain weight than lose 7 pounds a week. As the old adage goes, you win some you lose some.
