Well, I blew it! The during the May move I was too tired or two sore or too exhausted to care and I didn't follow Keto. I ate whatever I was handed. Met my new doctor yesterday and he took some blood work - A1C back to 8.5 called and he wants me on meds. I asked him to give me a month to get back on track, he agreed to give me to the end of July. If the numbers don't come back its back on shots. I can't believe I sabotaged myself (again). So, it's back to day 1 on Keto. How ironic, I get my dream home, and I now I'm not going to be around to enjoy it because I'm lazy.

You'll be around to enjoy your dream house - just get back on track. You can do it! I had blood work done and cholesterol is now normal after 6 months of following a heart healthy, low cholesterol diet. I don't have blood sugar issues but I know YOU know what to do for your health issues and I wish you the best! Having a dream house is worth not having bread or whatever you personal demons are (mine are potato chips and ice cream!)
