I'm still recovering / re-cooperating after last weekends hiking / camping trip. It was a short hike but my pack was way over-loaded, 61 total pounds. I would not have even considered walking to the mail box last year. Now I've successfully completed my first hike in over 25 years. I keep saying that Keto (and Jami Areia - my Ketoforlife Guru) saved my life, this is proof. My wife and I are going on a hike to Bonsai Tree on the east shore of Lake Tahoe today. It's short but lots of elevation changes and rocky. Fingers crossed. Thanks everyone for your kind words of encouragement. They really do make a difference. Peace, Love and Prayers!
