Son took us to see Frisco Rough Riders baseball. Today I walked 7108 steps according to my fitbit. We walked down four flights of stairs and then about three blocks to the baseball stadium, and then back to the garage. While at the game, I probably walked a block, some on stairs, some flat.
I worked this morning at the library, 4 hours, but it was mostly sedentary. My eating schedule was off as it always is when I work. Breakfast at 8:30, lunch at 2:30, supper at the ball game about 6:30. I was worried about staying on my Keto. I was able to do that, but had too many calories. At work I snacked on pork skins, about 12:00. When I came home I had Keto coffee and sesame Asian salad leftover from last night, plus 5 vienna sausages. At the game I ate two weiners without the bun and 3/4 of a small bag of roasted, salted peanuts. I drank two glasses of ice water. I ate one mozzarella cheese stick I brought from home.
Sunday is church dinner and I will have to be careful about my eating. I will take a sugar free jello dessert so I won't be tempted by goodies. We are eating hotdogs and hamburgers, so I will stick with the hamburger and veggies.
