Ha ha aye she eats my food all the time when I leave it on the bench no wonder I hit my goals so quick. Zero Fanta I know it’s bad but I just needed that boost today this felt like a cheat meal really 🙂

Because it’s showing a Keto-pizza, Moneyjane. Showing what wonderful food you can eat and still lose weight. Now if it were a 400g bar of milk chocolate or a Costa double Latte with chocolate muffin, I’d agree with you! Research Keto or Low-carb eating to get more understanding of why Tony posted this and we are happy with it. 

Aww bless her I need to get a lab like that 😂 and agree with Phooka it's a healthy dish that would actually taste the part (i imagine) which for us dieters is a rare thing! 😅 Looks very nice anyway just read through the comments very creative for the base 😊  

Base: 2eggs grated cauliflower mozzarella cheese all mixed flattened out on a tray. In the oven for 15mins 220degrees Take out put all your healthy pizza toppings on with mozzarella back in the oven for 10mins 💪💪💪💪💪🙂🙂 eat fat lose fat I completely understand the keto plan is hard to grasp that you can eat all the foods THEY tell you not to eat and lose weight but it truely works along with a stack of other benefits
